Great place to live, but has drawbacks

Moved in almost a year ago, love the apartment, rent is worth it, i have looked elsewhere and people charge the same amount for apts that are 10 years old. We have had problems with neighbors, some are rude, most people move in and out in a matter of months. Parking sucks, we should at least be given one spot per apt, i have never heard of having to pay for a carport. My car has been broken into TWICE within a matter of 2 months!! Make sure you get a garage if you live there. I honestly have to say, Regatta is the best place i have ever lived, and i have lived in numerous complexes.
