Great place to live, but has drawbacks

Moved in almost a year ago, love the apartment, rent is worth it, i have looked elsewhere and people charge the same amount for apts that are 10 years old. We have had problems with neighbors, some are rude, most people move in and out in a matter of months. Parking sucks, we should at least be given one spot per apt, i have never heard of having to pay for a carport. My car has been broken into TWICE within a matter of 2 months!! Make sure you get a garage if you live there. I honestly have to say, Regatta is the best place i have ever lived, and i have lived in numerous complexes. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

The rating does not match the comments. Safety was rated a 5 but the reviewer's car was broken into twice in 2 months! That does not add up.

Just because my car was broken into doesnt mean my personal safety was affected. I still live in this complex and have not had an issue since.
