I have lived here over two years and have put up with horrible conditions because I have children that attend a nearby school. The staff is useless and in the past very rude and confrontational. The people that live upstairs blast their radio and tv so loud that we cannot hear our own tv. Also other tenants or visitors repeatedly park either in our parking spots or behind our garage door! Repeatedly, yet the managers fail to remind or take any action. Others did not mention people in the pool with a full size cayak, people diving in the hot tub, or drunk people in the pool way past midnight blasting music or yelling. Again management does absolutely nothing and it continues regularly. Also, this is one of few apartments that let full size pets on premises. 80 pound dogs upstairs running around all night sound like kids stomping repeatedly on the floors. Some people let their dogs crap all over the place and do not pick up after their animals. Sure the problems exist in other apartments, but I pay over $1600 per month and this is just the type of place I would expect in other areas not here, but again management does not care and I am contacting Efren R Cota management to voice my issues.
