From: hiyas Date posted: 6/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   If you are looking for a quiet, safer, clean complex, Regatta is the right place for you. Mr. Cota is great, and likewise Rhonda, Tony, Eric, and the rest are all nice and friendly. My family love it here, we really feel safe for our children, too. We're thankful that our neighbors are nice and friendly, too.Rental fee is worth it because you feel secure to live here. We highly recommend this apartment whether you are single, or with children. If there are some complaints about the parking slot, we never experienced it here because we are patient enough to wait until somebody leaves.It's very comfortable to live here.If I have to choose, I rather stay here for years...and more.
