I love it here! After spending one year in a one bedroom, sadly I moved away to live with my boyfriend. When that didn't work out, I moved right back to Regatta into a two bedroom! In years past, I've lived in two other complexes in Natomas. I've looked all over Natomas, but have yet to find such a great apartment. I love the interior, from the marble countertops to the crown molding. The neighbors are frined, it's quiet and the staff is great!

I've been locked out of my apartment on two occasions. The first time I was locked out, I saw Tony the maintenance man, and he was more than happy to go to the office to get me a spare key. On the second occasion I was coming home from a long trip and couldn't find my keys in my luggage. I called the after hours answering service and less than 10 min later, Rhonda showed up at my door with a spare key. She was even on her way out of town, but she turned around to let me back into my apartment! That's going above and beyond!

I have to move because of my job, and I hate to leave my apartment! When I move back to this area, the first thing I'm doing is calling Regatta!
