Highly Recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived at these apartments for a few months now, and love it here! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and because the apartment complex is only a couple of years old, the place is practically brand new! Rent is a little pricey, but the quality of living is worth it. The ONLY drawback I've noted is the parking. Uncovered parking is free, but there are only about a couple dozen uncovered parking spaces for the entire complex (over 100 apartments). Right now, it's $30/mo for a covered parking spot, but there's no guarantee the assigned parking space will be right outside of your apartment. Garages, believe it or not, are an additional $100/mo! Even if you'd like to use it for parking/storage, they're a pretty tight fit. The complex isn't THAT big, though. If you don't mind a couple minute walk (at most) to your car every morning, then the parking availability isn't THAT big an issue. Like I said, I LOVE my very spacious one bedroom, one bath apartment! It has granite countertops, a fireplace, modern lighting fixtures, an awesome balcony view and the numerous windows help keep it wonderfully lit. I'd highly recommend it!
