Regatta Apartments

Great Place and Location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This is hands down the nicest apartment complex that I have ever lived in (10 years renting). You pay for what you get. If you want quality this is where you should go. The negatives do not detract from the positives. Great location to get anywhere in Sac. Most obvious downside is the parking. The extra money you might spend on a garage or covered space is worth it. I will say that this is not the fault of the complex or management, but the minimum requirements that the City of Sac has for parking per unit. And like all developers, when they build a complex they use the minimum parking requirements and abide to what is decided by the city. Any new complex or cluster home/condo will have the same exact problem. All in all, I enjoy coming home every night. If I have to move from this area, I doubt that I will find anything that compares to the Regatta.
