I moved into The Regatta about 2 months ago and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. It is by far the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived. Rhonda and Larry in the front office have been extremely polite and helpful. The apartments seem to be built to condo specs because there are no cheap cabinets, flooring, or carpets. Floors and walls are solid so you never hear neighbors. Actual granite countertops, fridge has ice maker and water dispenser (rare for apartments). I moved from San Diego and was unable to look at the apartments before the move and Rhonda was fantasti, making the transition as smooth as possible. Every single one of our friends who have come over all say "wow, this place is amazing". Definite apartment envy! The only small complaint is the parking, which really isn't even that bad. There is a waiting list for the carports and garages but even with limited parking I have always found a spot, just not always by our front door. Complex isn't that big so the farthest spot is maybe an extra minute of walking, if that. All in all, if an apartment complex's ONLY problem is slightly poor parking, that's pretty impressive. I've lived in some seriously sketchy places, and was once robbed a few years back, so security is very important and this place is gated and is patrolled at night. I plan on staying here for a very long time and HIGHLY recommend it.

P.S. Every person who works in the leasing office also lives in the complex. This is always a good sign!
