Please be aware of this apartment complex. It is a very dangerous area. I had only lived there for 6 months because I was locked into the lease. 4 months into my stay there, a gun shooting occurred right outside my apartment. More than 5 cars including mine were affected by this occurance. Do i need to mention that this apartment complex is obviously unsafe to live in, especially since there is a night club accross the street'''' Noise was a major factor also. The structure seem to be very thin and deteriorated because I would constantly hear loud foot steps from upstairs. Water was seeping from the roof and it took management a month to completely fix the problem. The gate was not well maintained either. It seemed like it was broken every week once they fixed it. Look elsewhere because you won't feel safe here!
