Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I lived in the regency place for about three years and here's just a few problems to name..
-BURGLARS HEAVEN! There are so many incidents over the years, tenants getting robbed all over the place(most of my neighbors who aren't home during the day)
-MANAGERS are changing every other few months and they are NEVER THERE! and even if you get a hold of one, THEY ARE VERY RUDE and NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR JOBS!!
-REPAIR REQUEST OFTEN GETS IGNORED, yet they are always working on outside gardening jobs
-VERY NOISY, PEOPLE FIGHTING OUT SIDE OFTEN!
There's tons of other problems, but simply put:
IF I WERE YOU, I WOULDN'T LIVE HERE!!!!
