WE MOVED HERE LAST SUMMER THINKING THAT EVERYTHING IS PEACEFUL. BULL ----!!!!!!!!!! I thought that the manager was nice, but she's so fake, it's sad. I have went through 8 incidents that have occurred the past 7 months we have resided here. the manager does not do ---- about it. our cars have been broken into plenty of times. someone tried to steal my boyfriend's car when it was parked in the front. someone has tried to enter our home twice!!!!! all the manager says is she cannot really do anything. which is a bunch of bull!!!!! she would make excuses on not giving us information on how to contact the district manager. all of the incidents that have occurred she did not put in file. she did not even fill out some of the ----. when that theif tried to steal my boyfriend's car, that was the last straw!!!!!!! my boyfriend was hot like cooking oil and he cussed out the manager. i do not blame him because she should be doing her job. OBVIOUSLY HER ASS ISN'T BECAUSE IF SHE WAS, THEN ALMOST EVERY MONTH YOU WOULD NOT SEE 2 FAMILIES MOVING OUT AT THE SAME TIME. THEY TOLD US THAT WE SUPPOSEDLY HAVE SECURITY. WHAT SECURITY'! THEY ONLY COME AROUND WHEN YOU PARK IN THE WRONG SPOT AND WHEN SOMEONE BREAKS INTO YOUR CAR, THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY HAVE COURTESY PATROL. THEY DON'T DO NOTHING. THE LAST SECURITY GUARD WATCHED TWO MEN BREAK INTO MY CAR AND TAKE MY 2 12 INCH SUBWOOFERS, AND MY AMPLIFIER. I ASKED THAT HIS ASS WHY DIDN'T HE STOP THEM AND HE SAID THAT HE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO APPROACH THEM. IF YOU CANNOT APPROACH THEM, WHY DO YOU HAVE A ------- GUN' EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE BUT I AM VERY ANGRY BECAUSE TENANTS AT RIVERGLEN ARE PAYING TOO MUCH RENT TO GO THROUGH THIS. ALL WE ARE PAYING FOR IS A PUNK ASS SWIMMING POOL THAT ONLY HOLDS 40 PEOPLE, AND A W/D IN SELECTED UNITS. IT IS NOT SAFE HERE AT ALL AND I AM RECOMMENDING YOU TO THINK TWICE ABOUT MOVING HERE. THE MANAGEMENT IS A HUGE JOKE. ALL THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT IS COLLECTING MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKETS SO THEY CAN FEED THEMSELVES. ---- I GOTTA EAT TOO. JUST LIKE MY BOYFRIEND STATED, "THAT ----- AIN'T GETTIN' MY RENT FOR THIS MONTH!" WE HAVE SPENT OVER $900 TO GET OUR VEHICLES REPAIRED. BUT I LOVE GOD AND I THANK HIM THAT OUR PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED. WE HOUNDED ON THE MANAGER ABOUT LETTING US TERMINATE OUR LEASE AND SHE GOT SO TIRED, SHE SLAPPED IT ON US. MY REQUEST HAS BEEN ANSWERED.
SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO HAVE A PEACE OF YOUR MIND, RIVERGLEN IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I UNDERSTAND WHEREVER YOU GO, THERE'S ALWAYS GOING TO BE A FEW INCIDENTS. BUT AT RIVERGLEN, IT IS NOT A FEW, IT IS NEVER ENDING FOR INCIDENTS.
SO MAKE SURE IF YOU WANT TO MOVE HERE, YOU BETTER GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR THE RECORDS BUILDING TO TAKE A LOOK AT ALL OF THE CRIME THAT HAS BEEN REPORTED AT RIVERGLEN BECAUSE YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CRAP.

River Glen is a great place to live, I moved here a couple of months ago and the management is great. I would recommend anyone to live here. I love it! My neighbors are nice and I have NO PROBLEMS with robbery of any sort. Also the security is a great plus!
