I live here and hate it. If we could afford to leave we would. We've lived here almost 2 years. We've had the police out here on more than one occasion for multiple problems with neighbors etc. If you sell drugs, fix cars in parking lots, love to listen to your music loud, and of course want a place to let your child run free like a little beasts this is the place for you. Just remember to buy your window locks!

There is also very limited parking, and nothing will be done if your neighbor takes your spot. You can always have them towed, but of course is retaliation really worth it' Our current "covered" parking spot is too small for our car (a normal family sedan) and after taking the rearview mirror off and denting the side I've started just parking in the guest spaces. My husband recently had to park in our spot because all the guest places were taken and the neighbors laughed as he crawled out the window to get out because there wasn't enough room to open the door!

We've also had the police helicopter fly over twice in our two year stay instructing us there could be an armed assalant on the grounds and to stay inside. Nice huh' The managers are really friendly and "nice" but they really can't seem to help. I get the impression they are desperate for tennants and that is why we are constantly surrounded by cruddy neighbors.

We've also had a few maintenance problems that have been fixed poorly and it has taken forever to have major problems delt with. For the amount we are paying we should have been looking at renting a house when we could afford a move.

We also used to use the laundry room, but I had a large amount of laundry damaged one day when someone had put a bunch of bleach in a washing machine, and permenant ink in another. I also got tired of the dryers not working. When you are down to your last $1.50 in quarters it sucks when the dryer eats your money and doesn't work!
