I moved into this place 2 years ago. At first it was ok, and I had quiet neighbors. But most of them moved away to a better place. The apartments sit between two section 8 apartment complexes, and there is a loud house in front of the complex, which they sometimes throw parties and let their friends park in any place they feel like, including our covered parking spaces. Most of the people surrounding the copmplex have absloutely no respect for other peoples property and don't have any pride in what they have therefore, they don't give a S%*! about what you have. For two two years, I watched the quality of life and tenants go down with the management. However, the place is under new management and the tenants are getting better. If you have a mainainance problem, they usually come within one to two days. The staff is really nice, and seem to care alot about the quality of service. The complex is right across from the D lot parking of American River College. A person could walk to school everyday and never worry about parking (trust me it's horrendous).I do have one large complaint tho. The gate has never been in working condition, and you pay 25$ for a remote you never use.
