The units I saw and the one I rented all look pretty decent. They aren't new, but they paint, replace carpets, and otherwise keep things maintained. The jr. one bedrooms are a bit tight for two people, but acceptable. The deluxe for $100 more is definately ample and still a good price for the area. The location is ok if you're fine with driving most of the time. There are two ramps for I5 with-in half a mile. A jogging / bike trail starts about a block a way and runs along the river to Old Sac (4 mi). It's a bit far if you like to run any errands on foot (groceries, etc). If you're going to Sac City, there is no direct bus route, but it's an easy 2.5 mile bike ride / walk / run. It does border I5, but the sound barrier makes it quiet enough you won't notice it in doors.
