My BF and I have lived there now for over 2 years. We started in a JR 1 bedroom and are now in a 2 bedroom. It is a decent place, but you have to remember that you are right next to the river.. There are snakes (little tiny red ones), huge Brown spiders, pincher bugs, snails, slugs, etc. All of which can get inside the apartment. Another downfall is the cleaning when you move out. They only accept cash for things and they try and get over on you.. We are going to have a hell of a time moving out of our 2 bedroom and don't accept to get any of our deposit back. But oh well. For the price- it is worth it. Another thing is there is only enough parking for one car. None for guests- everyone else has to park on the street.. And it can be a little scary! But never encountered problems with any other tenants. Walls are paper thin, I can hear the people above us & the people next door. The good thing about that is they are not piled on top of the other. When we turn the heater on, it stays on because the heat is drawn out of the paper thin walls. The maintenance always seems to have been covered up. Not exactly fixed right.

There are always bugs, snakes, snails etc outside... The building's aren't cracked or anything. The cmarieh must be leaving her door open or something.... You have to clean any apt when you move out. They do not accept cash for anything. It has to be in check or money order form for their records. The wall insulation is fine, but you will lose heat through the windows if you don't use curtains... Same as any house.

The buildings may not be craked, but the windows are terrible. We don't even open our windows becuase of how moldy they are. I have never left my door open longer than it take to get in or out.. We have lived there for now almost 3 years & have had other neighbors with snakes in their bathroom. Just yesterday I came home to a giant brown spider right next to our door. And we have moved out of our other apartment in the same complex & she wanted cash for the carpets & the blinds. We refused and had someone steam clean them better then they were when we moved in. AND because a heat pump is used it costs alot of money to warm up or cool down your unit. I am not stupid.
