Not as bad as the rest of the reviews...

I agree that the staff is absolutely rude and arrogant but I haven't had any problems that have been left unattended. It's true that the balconies got pretty bad at one point but when I complained about rotting boards they came out and replaced them. Now they're face-lifting the entire complex and replacing all the balconies. They remodeled the interior a little over a year ago to accommodate having a washer/dryer inside each unit. Sometimes I have seen police around but it's not as bad as some of the reviews are saying. In the year that I've lived there I've only seen the police a few times. The rent is cheaper than over half of the places I looked at that had washer/dryers inside the unit so I don't think it's expensive at all. There are 4 pools that are always clean, a little gym that has the essentials for working out but it's not big by any means. I would definitely recommend living here for anyone with a moderate income.
