Nice except for staff and parking

We liked the layout of the apartment, it has a washer/dryer and is a nice size. It has pools, hot-tubs, tennis courts, raquetball courts and I believe a gym. Plentiful hot water, its walking distance to the marina and in a good location for downtown, highways and walking.
The worst thing is the staff- I encountered one genuinely nice employee and it turned out she'd been transfered to another complex! I relish moments when we are right and get to tell the staff so, with proof! I find them rude, lazy, ignorant and pretty useless- the office hours are supposedly 9-6pm but they turn the computers off early and ask you to come back tomorrow when its only 5.45pm. They gave us a 'citation' for having a washing line. Fortunately you don't have to deal with them on a daily basis though. Just get rent in the dropbox the day before the first of the month.
Parking isn't great but I know of places which don't offer any visitor parking at all. My fiance had his car broken into when it was parked in our resident spot. We have problems parking 2 cars but usually eventually find a spot somewhere.
Remodelling the outside was more of an inconvenience than anything else to remove stuff off the patio. Not really done much at all except change the colour.
So basically the staff are awful and parking is a hassle for >1 car/visitors but I think the complex is generally pretty and would recommend it for a short period of time.
