River Pointe Apartments

Wost apartment that I know!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I hate this apartment complex! They fixed the siding on the building right before xmas. Every single day I had to move my stuff away from the doors and away from the windows until they were done--which was 2 weeks. It was not fun. I have had 2 flat tires because of the nails and boards left around. The complex waters day and night for hours at a time. I have to walk through the sprinklers to get to my house. Alarms go off at night. People stay up at night yelling at each other out side your window. If your rent is not in the office before 5pm on the first of each month you owe a $50 late fee. There is no grace period--which is against renter rights. Being late counts as a notice--you only get 3 and then they start the paper work to get you out. The right handed retards in the office do not know what the left hand is doing. There was a different answer or story every time I called. They do not complete the handyman work needed. I heard theft was an issue from the maintance men (not my problem--they are not allowed in with out me being home)My apartment was messy, dirt and broke down on the inside and out. They did not clean before I moved in and I wasnt allowed to see the apartment I was going to move in because "the keys were not avalible" to the ladys in the office. They promised tile and carpet replacement and never did do it until I moved out--then I was charged $600 dollars for a new carpet! The bathroom had a huge mold mess. I was to blame for it. Dont be fooled by this complex. They have kids running in and out of the driveways. My car was keyed. Did I tell you that I hated this place' Shall I go on'
