Do not move in here if you like quiet.
The construction workers onsite throw loud parties with loud Spanish music, neighbors blast bass at all hours of the night. Neighbors speak in loud voices outside at night.

The apartment iteslf is in ok shape and is clean.

Many people have commented on the "late rent" issue. They are totally correct. NEVER turn your rent in after the first of the month and ALWAYS ask for a receipt. They have accused me of turning in my rent late when I've turned it in ON TIME. Be very careful about this.

The biggest complaint I have is the rude, noisy, inconsiderate neighbors, and the lack of security and noise control.
