I cannot beleive these poeple. I have lived at River Pointe for 2 years now, and I LOVE it!!! At first when I moved, I did have problems with my apt. I told Cara in the office and by the time I got back to my apartment, the maintnence was waiting at my door. The hole thing about rent due on the first. Come on guys!!!! Rent is due on the first. Why would you turn it in on the 2,3,4,5th'''' You pay from the 1-30. Thats just common sence!!! Cara is the only person in the office who is mentioned in all these reveiws. Thats because she's been there the longest!! She has allways been the one to fix ALL my issues. From maintnence to renewing my lease. Why all the s*h*t Talking about her'' I can only think of one reason. Cara probrally had to be the one to tell them to quiet down. To pay there rent on the first,... and the one about the application fee'''!!! HELLO!! Why would any apartment complex hold an aptartment without a holding fee' The funniest thing about it is- they never even asked me for 100 dollars as a holding fee. Only 30 bucks.Most places ask for at least 100 dollars before they even consider you as an applicant!! Thats just stupiity from white-trash poeple or well at least it sounds white trash!! Cara is great as well as all the staff!! Not to mention cute! Come live here and see just what Im talking about
