River Pointe Apartments

Everything was fine in the beginning... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   ...until I renewed my 6-month lease for a year. Since I signed my lease, my car has been stolen, we have had noisy neighbors all around us, and people have been throwing trash everywhere. I complained numerous times, but got no results. In fact, staff didn't even note my complaints in my file. Let me say, too, that I am ALWAYS on time with my rent, and my husband and I are very quiet and don't disrupt anyone else. Some staff members are nice, but others are rude. For example, I was trying to resolve an issue with my lease and it took me FOUR calls just to get someone to speak to me about it. We're leaving soon, and I'm glad.
