A short list of why I hate this place:
-mildew and mold infestations
-funky smell in apartments (related to mold')
-office staff completely unresponsive and rude
-draconian measures regarding rent payments
-not accessible to people with disabilities
-its ugly
-no call backs for maintenance issues

-porch is dry rotted
-shoddy construction companies hired to do repairs
-I have had 4 flat tires in the year that I have lived here.
-can hardly fit car into carport
