River Pointe Apartments

GREAT STAFF!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   LETS JUST TAKE A MINUTE TO RECOGNISE THE STAFF AT RIVER POINTE. EVERYTIME I HAVE EVER HAD A PROBLEM AT MY APARTMENT THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND A SOLUTION. IT IS SO PLEASANT TO GO INTO A RENTAL OFFICE WHERE ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. ESPECIALLY TRINA, NICOLE AND GHAZAL. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN THERE TO HELP ME OUT THE MOST. AS FOR ALL THESE OTHER NOTIONS THAT THE STAFF IS RUDE IT SIMPLY JUST CANNOT BE. LIKE THE ONE PERSON SAID. YOU CAN'T GET MAD AT THEM WHEN YOU PAY YOUR RENT LATE! AND AS FOR THE NEW RESIDENT MANAGER SHE IS GREAT!!! SHE HAS BEEN FRIENDLY EACH TIME I SEE HER. WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE.
