Yeah, they may LOOK nice from the outside, and the rent is relatively cheap, but I would not recommend moving here. The main reason I moved here was for the raquetball courts, which turned out to be made from concrete, and the ball made so much noise against the walls (and then echoed...) that you would go crazy after 3 hits.
When you move in they make you sign a statement about Mold, which I thought was no big deal, since I keep my apartment clean, etc. Well, I never had visual mold in the 8 months I lived there, but I had extremely bad allergies for about the last 5 months I lived there, when I usually have them for only a couple of weeks per year and Claritin will usually help right away. At this complex, I had horrible allergies for 5 months straight, and was taking pills and nose sprays, etc from my doctor, but nothing cleared up my allergies except moving, and then I felt better within 3 days!
They also have extremely discriminating pet policies, charging you $40 per month (all non refundable!) per pet! I tried to made a deal that I would put down triple the pet deposit instead of paying the pet rent, but they said no, and rudely. I wrote a letter to the owner about this policy, and never recieved any kind of response.
The people in the office are all really rude and always seem to be saying different things. And when I moved out, since they could find nothing else wrong with my apartment (I even had the carpet cleaned), they charged me $75 to fill two small nail holes.

They are infested with bedbugs too. We've seen many beds in the dumpsters wondering why. We found them in our mom's room, eradicated them there, come to find out TODAY OUR ROOM HAS THEM. We are moving as soon as our lease is up.
