River Pointe Apartments

DONT MOVE HERE...STAY AWAY!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I'm so happy my lease is up!!!!! I finally have my get out of jail card. You know the saying you get what you pay for well thats the case here. The rent is pretty cheap, but it not worth living here; Go ahead and pay a little more for a nicer apartment; Depending on where your apartment is this place is pretty loud at times. Also the management staff STUCK!!! They all have altitudes problemsIts like they hate their jobs or something. Every time you go in the office beware. I even referred someone and the girl that worked there had the nerves to be totally rude to my friend. When I first move in I had a lot of problemsdishwasher didnt workfloor was nasty.patio was nasty with dirtyI should have turn away right then and there. The parking really sucksBEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE HAVE THEN SHOW YOU YOUR PARKING SPACE! Because once you are assign the parking space they will not let you change. I had to park my new car between two big SUVs and there isnt enough room. I have all kinds of dents in my car now...I REALLY HATE THIS PLACE....dont walk away for this place RUN AWAY!
