This place looked great from the out side & with the model we were shown. Moving in was something totally different. The staff doesnt know what customer service means. I got different answers from different people all the time. We moved in and noticed the place was seriously falling apart (cabinets, doors, sink, tub, fridge, light fixtures, and the tile) they all were in bad condition but it didnt look that way until we started unpacking and using all of this stuff. The our place could be considered "clean" -- unless dust, finger prints, dirt and mold is considered clean. The carpet was wet -- i guess they forgot to have it cleaned in advance (they had 3 weeks before we moved in) and they ended up cleaning the morning that we moved in. I put in 2 different request to fix things that were broken and maintance never did come. We are just learning to live with it since were in a contract. Maintance men drive around in their cart glairing at people instead of waving hello. My neighbors have smoke(M.J.) smoke leaking out of their apartment any time their door/window is opened. The apt complex told me to knock on their door and tell them to stop smoking or I will call 911 the next time I smell it. Yet they have a no tolerance policy for drugs. I just let it go - i dont need my neighbors popping my tires. They do like to water the sidewalk twice daily--they wont fix it. The parking & garden maintance is the best. There are more open spots on this apt that I have ever seen. They change towing companies 2 times since living here so I had to track down who to call the day after I needed the service due to other people in my spot. Its a huge property so you dont have managment bothering you at your door--which is nice. The rents cheap but we cant wait for our rental contract to expire so we can pay more for somthing better. Sometimes its worth it :) or just ask for low income prices normally called "Affordable Housing" and all it is - is cleaper rent for your family size.Good Luck!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
