River Pointe Apartments

Lived here forever From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2007   I have been in this complex for about 10 years and I have had every car broken into or stolen or both. My house was burglarized and the mexican yard men who saw it happen would not tell the police what happened for fear of deportation. I have had a few maintenance issues that are always taken care of immediately. However, my freezer wasnt freezing properly recently and I had complained about it. Then- it stopped completely. I had just gone Costco shopping- as you can imagine- throwing $90 worth of chicken, pork, beef, and fish away was infuriating when you knew they were not going to accept any responsibility for this happening. They reimbursed me $40. She said that she 'believed meeting me halfway was more than fair'. Eh- okay. At least I got something, but the new fridge I have SUX. All in all- I have had mostly terrible customer service from most of the staff at River Pointe. I have a wealth of other bad experiences, but I enjoy the ammenities and convenience. Its nice to live in this area. LOTS OF CRIME THOUGH!!! Have a pitbull guarding your car- alarms will not stop them!
