I lived at River Point Apartments for 1 year and this was a starting place for me. I found the staff at the office to be helpful, friendly and approachable. Yes maintenance is sometimes a bit slow at getting to a job but that goes for any complex. (I have lived at many both upscale and not...)

Giselle was actually one of the friendliest people I'd met at the office and she was an awesome person to work with when I had issues. (Deceased now)

There are problems just like anywhere else but you get what you pay for. If you want an upscale apartment then move to an upscale neighborhood and pay the rates. I think River Pointe gives you what they advertise and their apartments are really reasonable compared to others in the neighborhood. I'd rather live there than anywhere else in the Arden or Sacramento area - I feel safer here.

If you're a student or a newly wed couple just starting out - this is a good place to live.
