TERRIBLE place to live!

I moved into River Pointe without being able to check out the property, since I was moving in from out of state. It was a big mistake moving here. I signed a year-long lease, but ended up paying the $1100 fee after 3 months just to get out!
To start with, my apartment was terrible; the walls were scratched, the linoleum had long gashes in it, the bathroom floors and walls were stained orange, the tubs had chunks of plaster missing, the front door took all one's weight to shove open, and there were big holes into the wall under the kitchen sink.
My apartment FLOODED due to poor maintenance and it took them 3 days to deal with it; I had to live with humidifiers, the gag-inducing smell of mold and torn up carpet for several days after the flood. I also got INFESTED with ants afterward, because I had to move my cat's food to keep it dry; plus, my cat got sick from the stress and I had to spend $100 on vet bills.
But, when I called/went into the office to see about some sort of compensation for all of this, it took me a week to get anything out of the manager; I was repeatedly brushed off and told that they would call me. They never did and when I finally got ahold of the manager, she ended up being extremely snotty and beligerant and refused to compensate me more then $25 off my rent. It was RIDICULOUS!
Then, a few weeks later, I got infested with ants again, and had to throw out an entire, new fifteen pound bin of cat food because of the infestation. The apartments NEVER got anyone out to spray the ants and it took them 2 whole days to get back to me when I called about them in the first place.
Then, the last 2 weeks I was living there, two cars got broken into right near my apartment and the glass from the broken windows sat on the street for the rest of my stay.
Do NOT lease from here! The management is a nightmare, the apartments are badly maintained and it is not safe!
