We lived there from June 2006-June 2007. When we first moved in we had a racist living upstairs that complained about anything. She got in a argument with my boyfriend and our roommates mother. A mother later our car was broken into and our stereo was stolen. The complex didn't do anything. Our apartment was mildewing no matter how much we cleaned it, it just kept coming back. Ants! lots of ANTS! We moved out. we turned in our keys and everything. 10 days later we go to find out about our deposit and they put an pay or quit when we have been GONE! they lost our info. we called 5 days later for our deposit and they said it was going to take another 21 days. Now we found out that they are only giving us back 15 dollars out of $700 dollars. we had to pay a double deposit and are getting back NOTHING! We spent 2 days cleaning. They won't even tell us what they took out. We have to wait for it to arrive in the mail. WTF! Avoid this complex as much as possible.
