River Pointe Apartments

there's better out there From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 photo   I've lived at river pointe for a couple years. It has steadily been decreasing in terms of quality, safety, and comfort. Most of the management staff are incredibly difficult to deal with. Not to discriminate, but the apartment is hurting for business, so they are accepting more TANF/sec8 families than previously. The number of crimes is increasing exponentially, and the management doesn't seem to care. They refuse to change your 20-year carpets if you live on the A-side, and the door and windows are improperly sealed. During the rainy season, the windows leak and cause the sills/window areas to mold. The bathrooms have inadequate ventilation, and mold as well. The parking is horrendous. The amount of vandalism that occurs to cars would astound you. If you have a nice car, do NOT move here. The only positive is the low rental rate. But you get what you pay for. The community is very unsafe and disgruntled administrative staff will not help you with your problems (with the exception of one nice assistant manager). Look elsewhere for an apartment if you can.
