River Pointe is a dump! I am shocked that anyone would even consider writing a good response about this trashy complex. Since moving to Sacramento I have lived in three apartment complexes, and River Pointe was hands down the worst complex. Between the car break-ins, the loud neighbors, the unresponsive management and the shooting that happened while I lived there (yes in the complex!)... I could not get out of there quick enough.
Anyone who says they love this complex must either work for management or was paid for their response.

I agree. Last time I checked there were 4 registered sex offenders living in the complex. I have complained about the loudmouth next door for 2 years. I even complained that he had accosted me and the management did nothing! The only good things are the friendly staff (who don't live here) and the maintenance crew are great....but this is turning into a dangerous place. My car was broken into 3 times!
