we have lived here for about 4 years... we used to like it a lot but one of our former neighbors just went crazy and made our lives hell. we complained and complained, I guess when her lease was up, she got relocated to a new unit within the apartments, sometimes I see her walking around collecting trash (classy lady).
Then about a year ago, the worst person to have ever walked on earth moved next to us, and our lives have been miserable. I won't get into details, other than we are hoping he'll move out once his lease is up sometime soon.
we are hoping that we are going to be able to move into a house and no more apartment living for us. management is ok, sometimes it's frustrating dealing with them...and the way they answer the phone kills me everytime. I would not recommend this comlex to anyone. The apartments are ok, but beware, walls are paper-thin and YOU WILL HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS. We don't like it particularly because of that.
Never broken into. One of the maintenance guys (B) is super weird and rude...but oh well...as long as he fixes our broken stuff, it doesn't matter.
If you're ready for some "ghetto living" go for it! Oh, especially if you like to live surrounded by white trash.
