We love its location and the grounds are nice

We have lived here for almost 3 years. We used to live in hip mid-town sac. but our apt. was awful there...extremely expensive and very small...talk about homeless people sleeping right at your gate...and drunks...anyhow, we moved into this complex and we enjoy it. We now live in a larger apartment because we have a 1 1/2 yr. old daughter and another one in the way. We love the grounds, the pool, and the location. We are close to work/downtown/parks and everything in-between.
There are loud neighbors and a lot of "criminal-looking" ones...not to mention quite a bit of people who don't work...we have a "crazy-loony" woman neighbor with a countless number of dogs and cats...and our daughter has run into the poop. We've complained and still have not seen a change...so, we'll keep trying until something is done. This loony woman is friends with one of the women who work in the building's office, so, she thinks she has special privileges...
Overall, we like it. I don't really talk to anybody, but that's the way I am. We've encountered a variety of personalities and demeanors but that is to be expected at such a large apartment complex...isn't it'
