Seems to be a lot of low incomers moving in and others moving out. The low incomer percentage seems to out weight regular paying tenants by far. Very noisy neighbors on all sides of the walls. Can here the neighbors below, across from me, and behind me. The walls are not that well insulated. The Loud annoying car stereos, and loud exhaust systems can be heard regularly. now you can imagine what kind of tenants those are that like to turn up the bass all the time. Also you can hear the water from the plumbing pipes from your neighbors. there is a pet policy in effect for dogs to be 25lbs and under but i've seen a number of large dogs around the complex. But it's much better than other south natomas apartments. considering moving out after my lease is up. these ghetto tenants are really really annoying. FYI - there's only three registered offenders at River Point so that's a little bonus. (located in section A) Grade: C value Grade: F for type of tenants that live here
