If you know anything about S. Natomas you know everything east of the I-5 is ghetto as #&!*, however everything west of the I-5 is described as 600sq ft of luxury starting out at $1025 for a 1 bdrm, everything that is accept River Pointe. I lived there 2 yrs and would have stayed longer if a home buying opportunity hadn't presented itself. The noise isn't too bad if you don't mind kids and loud cars during the day the nights are pretty peaceful after about 10 mabey 11is on weekends . The gym is great but don't use the pool or spa unless you want to get sick. Maintenance is timely,and the location is ideal for a person on-the-go minutes from the freeway fine dining and the airport.I had no complaints about this place accept security one of my cars was vandalized and the other was stolen. Yeah this could happen anywhere theres not gated access and for the most part it seems like shananagins of bored youths looking to joyride a while, my stolen car was found 1 block away with everything of value missing. if you decide on this apartment my only advice would be to request your parking spot be right in front of your window,always set the alarm,and dont leave anything of value in plain site or you will be paying to replace it and repair your window.

I have something much worse to tell you about River Point Apartments...much worse! This is MURDER. An innocent, small, living being was killed at River Point Apts. This was a little cat who was purposely MURDERED and placed next to the car of the person who had been feeding it outside! CATS are LIVING BEINGS! They're innocent creatures and very vulnerable. How dare a human being kill an innocent creature so much smaller than himself! The murderer also SLASHED THE TIRES of the car of the person who had been feeding cats outside there. The murder of this LITTLE INNOCENT CAT was PREMEDITATED MURDER! The murderer should be put on "death row" at San Quentin Prison!!!!!!!!! Why should he live after committing premeditated murder??? I'm so sickened to hear of SUCH an ATROCITY in SACRAMENTO!!!! This was PREMEDITATED MURDER!!!!!!!!! Cats are living beings!!! CAN YOU FIND THE PERPETRATOR OF THIS MURDER AND REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE? Please do this. He must be an example so that no one else will ever think that human lives are better than other living creatures' lives. In Respect for All Life which God gave to All Living Creatures, please act....
