Getting a little worse all the time.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
River Pointe used to be a great complex, then they started taking Section 8s. Now it is a pit. That plus steadily increasing rent is unacceptable. I'm buying a house.

That said, parking is ample and convenient enough, and staff are competent and very helpful. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
