Govt. Subsudised Housing

Convienient location in Northwest Sac/Natomas area, but very busy & overcrowded. It was a real struggle to find an available dentist in the area because of overcrowding. Large community of ------- Americans. Govt. housing assistance here for East Indian women with small, noisy, rude little kids. Thin walls and squeaky upstairs floors. Ugly wood rot on the balcony over the "patio." The climate control unit was right ouside my thin bedroom wall, and kept me up at night.
OK management, and good response to maintenence requests.
OK for family with small kids, but not good for a middle-aged single white guy like myself. Look elsewhere, and spend a bit more cash.
