Good apartment & staff but low income w/ ghetto kids out of control.

The apartment was clean and well kept. The staff is nice and got things done in a timely matter. There was quite a few low income people that were ghetto. There kids played in the driveways with out adults around 24/7. One kid on roller skates rolled into my car while I was driving. Luckly It was only on the side of the car and child was ok. People stole clean clothes from dryers so make sure you dont leave clothes alone. Keep car locked--open cars welcomed strangers. There was not enough parking. One car ok--you cant have more cars or friends stopping by.
