I have lived in some ghetto apartments through no fault of my own. Being new to the area, I had to find a place where my child wouldn't be harrassed or beat up. This was the place. Yes, the place is full of kids because it is a nice area. Not like South Sacramento or Oak Park. The people that complain about this place have obviously never lived in the ghetto and shouldn't complain about ghetto children running around with no supervision. Remember when you were a kid' Did your momma stand outside and watch you when you were 10 yrs old' No! She was cooking dinner and cleaning up the house. Yes, the do play out in the street, but it is enclosed and your kids aren't running the streets and selling crack! They are in front of their apartmnents where their parents can keep an eye on them from inside.

This place is safe by my standards but some people have grown up in neighborhoods where they all have block parties and watch each others houses when they go on vacation. This is an apartment complex! Different people with different backgrounds.

There is a parking problem, there is the boom boom of cars all night. But you get used to it. The laundry facilities are clean and the staff is great. They lower your rent if you are not causing problems and keep your nose clean. So people need to stop complaining.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Single, married, kids or not.
