I lived here for 6 months. The FIRST day we moved in, was during the day. We moved in upstairs, and we're done moving by 6pm. We got a letter the next day giving us a 3 day notice to get out because of noise! We weren't even there the rest of the day after we moved in as we we're at a family party! We got at least 3 more notices because we had a horrible lady living downstairs who complained if we turned on the shower when it was inconvienent but she blasted LOUD rave music all night long. THe manager was a total witch to boot. Also, our apartment was FILTHY when we moved in and it looked like it had issues, the apartment was falling apart, the building! It was SO hot during the summer and we had called over 4 times to get the air conditioning fixed and they never fixed it. ON TOP OF THAT...I had the feeling the staff we're coming into our apartment while we we're gone. I specifically told them to NOT come in w/o notifying us. We woke up one morning w/ the maintence man just standing in our living room! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

You shouldn't have to tell them to stay out of your apartment without your permission. It's the law and that's that. The next time you see anyone in your apartment, call the police. They can be arrested for breaking and entering.
