I have stayed at this apartment for over a month, myself and my husband thought it was a big change compared to the previous apartment that we lived in. Apparently living at the complex was just a "honeymoon phase". When we moved in, we were a bit shocked of how messy the apartment was. The patio had a big pile of dead leaves and the celing was breaking off and falling onto the patio.

The apartment was clean (ie bed/bath/living rooms), but if you check the drawers/pantry in the kitchen there was junk left over from the previous tenents.. rotted garlic and beans.

The staff here is OK, but the manager (agreeing from the previous poster)is a "witch" (why are women managers so ----'') and will not work with you if there is any discrepancies with the apartment or on my part. Maintence people here is odd, there is a particular man (mexican-american) that comes in and does a half-ass job. Not only that, he leaves a big mess for us to clean up.. nice. I asked other neighbors about him and they too had the same problem.

Also thought it was horrifying that the said maitence people can walk into your apartment without notification (reading from another post here). I wouldn't be suprised if they do this to report what the residence have inside their home.

The residence here are nice, but there is a problem with parents letting their kids run around the complex. Hopefully that park that is currently being setup a block away will send these kids to play over there. No room for a playground at this complex.

Suffice to say, I am hoping to move somewhere else after the lease is up.

yeah they leave mud everywhere and crap, and mess up your rugs if you dont move them. I was about to beat one guys ass for messing up my moms floor because she works to hard for that ----

They can not enter without giving you 24 hours notice. It does not matter why they are entering. The next time they enter, call the police. They can be arrested for breaking and entering.
