Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999
We lived there for only 11 months in 1999. At that time, it did not appear that they screened the tenants very well. We moved out because the new tenants were extremely loud. There is an empty field on one side of the complex where homeless people occasionally sleep. One homeless man was murdered in that field during the summer. The apartments are close of two bus stops which make them convenient. When we first moved in, the carpet was stained and disgusting. We got our entire security deposit back when we moved. Also, there were kids in the complex that started the fence on fire. We were happy to leave.
