I have lived here for 2 1/2 years now. It seems a lot has recently improved on this property. I hear my neighbors complaining because the office staff make people do what they are SUPPOSE TO DO, according to our rent agreement. The complainers are the ones who the office people have had to give notices to so the place can stay nice and as quiet as possible. Yes, lots of kids. But those parents are responsible for them, not the office people. Yes, limited parking, but ok if you have only 2 vehicles. I know 2 people who have more than 4 cars for one person and that is why a parking problem. Yes staff gets on to tenants, you should see their balconies that is full of crap. That makes it look ghetto and the office staff tries to keep it clean here. Yes, noises, it's a apartment neighborhood. You have to have quiet, move to the hills or buy your own house, you are the one to take care of your loud noisy neighbor then,not a office person. Theft is anywhere. If you watch or listen to news, you'd all find out that Sacramento is in the top 5 places in the whole USA for theft, burglary and vandalism.
SO with all of this in mind. This place is great and so is the staff! The rest of you complaining, stop causing the problems!!
