I lived at River Terrace from 2/98 to 3/04. On the whole, the staff was very decent, professional and always helped me with apartment issues. All work orders were addressed within a reasonable amount of time, with more serious issues getting prompt care.

The maintenance staff supervisor is great. Too bad he can't do it all. Sometimes the maintenance crew lacked quality craftsmanship, but the rent here does not pay them too much I'm sure. The management staff is always working, and the grounds were always kept up with landscaping done weekly.

There are a lot of children here, so it is a family environment. If you don't like the little ones and teens, it's best you move off the planet.

I appreciated the professionalism of the office staff as it was always business as usual, though they wouldn't always make the extra effort. On the flipside, my A/C broke down in during one summer and it took some troubleshooting and three days when they installed a new A/C downstairs unit. In my opinion the guys worked pretty hard installing that machine. Good job guys!

My rent was always paid on time.
