The laundry rooms here are old and need to be replaced. They constantly break down, and good luck getting a refund on wasted quarters. For the amount of rent they charge they should at least be able to provide decent washers and dryers.
Parking is hell here, there's never an available space here in the evening. I pay for a 2 bedroom apartment so my roommate and I should each have a space for our car but that's never the case. Getting new digs.
