Not that bad, so-so

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Negatives: The security gate breaks alot, they need newer and more washers and dryers, not enough parking spaces.
Positives: Relatively quiet, good price for a 2 bedroom, all of my neighbors are mature, quiet and considerate.
