At first I really liked living here at river terrace. it was not prefect but it was fairly priced and not too bad. HOWEVER recently last month a new management staff had been hired and I am already dissatisfied and know for sure I WILL NOT renew my lease.

first off the new office associates are very very rude! Any time I call no matter how friendly I am trying to be they have a horrible attitude. They act as if you are bothering them, like they hate their job and like they are above you. they are snotty and have no right to be

second off yes the rent was raised. for some reason the new management seems to think that a tiny 2 bedroom apartment is worth near $900 when it used to be only $830 for an upgraded apartment.

thirdly they make you pay for EVERYTHING here. there are fees for water, for garbage, for staffing''' I don't even know what that is but they just sent everyone a letter and apparently its costing us $10 more!

This once was a decent place to be but not anymore I dont suggest anyone move here! if you get an offer from them or are even considering river terrace please turn around and run away!!
