I just moved in to River Terrace, and I shopped around a lot. I got a great deal and moved in having to pay only my deposit. I got one month free. The kitchen is HUGE and it a is a quite beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. It's also close to the freeway and shopping. The girls in the office are really nice too, and the workers are really good at fixing things in my apartment.
