Oh please don't move here. Don't waste your money. Horrible management. The girls in the office will say ANYTHING to get you signed in. Hilary has been telling me for 4 months that I will get a gate remote control, they've been "Re Programming" their security gates. That is BULL. Water is constantly leaking out from underneath the pipes into the parking lots. In the trash area, there are no recycling bins. Recycling is actually not an option here. That's got to be some sort of city violation. The "hydrotherapy" spas is more like a JOKE. they don't work. The water in the "spa" is like just lukewarm, the water jets don't even work. It is a complete joke. They don't clean their Sparkling pools. It's full of leaves and dirt. If you like to make friends with mosquitoes, you should definitely go for a swim. Just be lucky you don't come out with leaves stuck to your hair. The parking is very tight. If you're super skinny (borderline anorexic looking like Lindsay Lohan) and can suck your stomach in as you get out your door, you should be fine.

Pros: the location is convenient, very close to freeways 1-5 and 80. My neighbors are pretty cool. Lots of families. Some are inconsiderate with their loud music. But that's normal anywhere. Like any place crime has no address. Thefts can happen anywhere.

There are two areas in this complex. The main area, they show you for the sales pitch, but if you live across the way from the main office, they don't really care, meaning, this side is not maintained and not for show. Horrible management, dumb people running it. I mean, really STUPID dumb girls.
