I've been living in this apartment complex for less than a year and I can't wait to get move out. I know $840 a month is cheap, but it just seems it's too much for such a bad apartment complex.

Parking is just terrible. I have night classes so I get home at about 10 or 11. There's just not enough parking spots and worse, if you have your own covered parking spot, don't expect it to be all yours. Honestly, I never get to park on my the covered parking spot assigned to me because some bastard always parks there. I told the leasing office about this problem but those girls simply told me there's nothing they can do.

Safety - During the last few months that I've been here, I've had at least four policemen knocking at my door at 1:00 in the morning, asking me if I saw someone running around the apartment complex. The management closes the gate at night but the smaller gates are unlocked. Anybody can walk in.

Noise - Some people are so inconsiderate about others. They don't mind playing music loud enough to cause vibration on the walls. Worse, some people do this early in the morning or at night! I complained about this and I was told they'll do something about it. That's BULL. It's been months now and nothing's happening.

Appliances/Apartment Quality - Low, low quality. My oven's broken. My sink is broken. My toilet bowl is broken. Thank goodness the heater is working or I'll freeze. My apartment is on the first floor. I can hear my neighbor's footsteps from the ceiling.

Management - They should be fired!!! I've been told for months now that I'm gonna get a gate remote. They never did anything about any of my complaints. All I want right now is to finish my one year lease and move the hell out!!!
