Good:
- The office staff is friendly and polite

Bad:
- The tenants have become increasingly loud, violent, blasting rap music all hours of the night, fighting in the parking lot, Get this: The Sac PD Canine unit pounded on my door a few weeks ago looking for the felon boyfriend on the lady that lives underneath me. Yeah, that was great. Condom left on the grass coming up to the front gate.
- The gate is constantly broken. Gate codes are always changing and the office does not let tenants know the new codes.
- The gate malfunctioned and rammed my car halfway through it; however, the office did pay for the damages.
- On my side of the street, there are 6 washing machines for almost 100 apartments worth of people. Dryers are always broken. Have not been fixed for weeks.
- Laundry room is dirty. People wash their dogs in the sink.
- Hot tub is nasty and the pool is not that great either. All of the pool furniture has been thown in the pool on several occasions.
- Parking is sparse and not well lit. I have had to park next to the pitch black trash dumpster several nights. Very scary!

I am moving ASAP. I had to wait until my lease came up. Avoid this place like the plague!
